Our first ever club night at Cuckoo in Prestwich!

An inclusive party powered by women with an all-woman line-up of DJs; Just Jane (Take me to church, Prestwich), Pangölin (Mixing Mates Mcr & komrad.net) & Jus’T (Decks on legs & Prestwich Pride)

Dinner by Ness has been the driving force behind this event. She approached Kim with the fab idea of throwing a party where we can celebrate women, have a proper boogie and enjoy a hearty supper together. Both being North Manc women, it made sense to choose Cuckoo as our venue.

Chef Ness has cooking in her blood, her parents having had restaurants growing up. Her professional background includes cheffing in backcountry lodges in the Canadian Rockies, cooking in ski chalets in the French Alps, teaching Food and Nutrition at High School Level and hosting popular Supper Club's in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Bristol and Weston Super Mare. Ness held a pop-up kitchen in Bristol doing an innovative Tapas Roast. She started a successful Middle Eastern takeaway from her flat during lockdown, in Ramsbottom, honing in on her Israeli heritage.
