Anna Carmichael and Kim McBride from Suppher are collaborating with;

Hannah Rose Hall

Siân Wilson (NORD)

Beccy Corcoran (Where The Light Gets In)

Curating a special four-course lunch with an optional wine pairing. The event will showcase the talents of women in hospitality with a focus on seasonal food, sustainable produce and low-intervention wines.

Hannah Hall accidentally fell into the industry, encouraged by her friends after cooking them ‘family style’ dinners at any opportunity given. Hannah soon fell in love with working within the kitchen environment. Although it wasn’t until she started at the Pearl, where, given the freedom, she really started to thrive creatively.

Working closely with Ronnie Aronica, the director and co-founder of The Pearl at Park Hill & Bench. Food menus based around family style dinners - Mediterranean influenced - was the start of her fun interpretation of what she calls ‘drinking food’.

Hannah, has been on remarkable journey in the last four years from KP to head chef of The Pearl at Park Hill, now making a name for both the bar and herself across the industry in the UK.

Siân Wilson has been a chef five years. She formerly worked as a magazine journalist before having a quarter life crisis and moving to kitchens. She has worked in Manchester predominantly, most recently at Another Hand and 10 Tib Lane, she made the move back to Liverpool last year to work as Junior Sous Chef with Dan Heffy at NORD. Pastry is where she is most at home, with a focus on sustainability.

Beccy Corcoran has worked in hospitality in Manchester for 6 years after she moved to study here. She has always loved the flow and intensity of service and getting to meet and create experiences for different people. She moved between really great independent restaurants and cocktail bars, always with a focus on seasonal produce, sustainability and bigger picture conversations, which led her to her current role as restaurant manager at Where the light gets in over in Stockport.

Profits from the event will be donated to Eat Well MCR
